In recognition of February being the month of love and heart health, we thought it would be considerate to challenge you to a little self-care. The challenge is simple,
- REGISTER HERE and a self-care calendar will be sent to you.
- Complete all 28-self care activities throughout the month of February.
- Then click the link within the text of the self-care calendar to let us know you have completed all the activities.
- Deadline to submit the challenge completion is March 1, 2024
- For completing the challenge and submitting your completion, we will send you an incentive for taking care of yourself!
Last day to register for the self-care challenge is January 31, 2024!

Consiglio Wellness Center
The Consiglio Wellness Center is a convenient care facility open to Blue Springs, Fort Osage, Grain Valley, and Smithville school district employees, retirees, and their dependents regardless of being on district insurance.
Employee Assistance Program
The EAP is available for all Fort Osage employees, legal spouse, and dependents, regardless of being on the district's health insurance plan, have access to the services available through Cigna EAP, at no additional cost to the employee.
