Consiglio Wellness Center

The Consiglio Wellness Center serves the staff of the Fort Osage School District regardless of your Insurance Provider

All staff can visit Consiglio, regardless of your Insurance Provider.  A co-pay is required:

• $10 for District Insured members (staff & dependents)
• $40 for Non-District Insured members (staff & dependents)

Before your first visit, you will need employee identification and your Cigna health insurance card (if applicable). Minors and dependents under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent for their first visit to the office. They may be unaccompanied at future visits with parent/guardian consent for treatment.

Both Wellness Centers Offer: 

• Urgent Care treatments & prescriptions
• Weight Management
• Flu Shots
• Physical Therapy (Mondays only Blue Springs Branch)
• Sports/Activity Physicals (MSHAA compliant)
