Annual Update for the 24-25 School Year
The annual Fort Osage online enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year opens on July 1. Every family is required to have an annual updated application submitted by July 17, 2024.
Families will not receive teacher assignments or class schedules until the annual enrollment process is completed. Please note that students will not be allowed to start school on August 21 until this process has been completed.
Before beginning your annual online registration you will need to have:

Your user name and password for the parent portal. If you need help with your username and password please call your school or our District Office at 816-650-7000.

Proof of residency to upload as a document or image (1 document required for returning students, 2 documents for new students). Bills must be dated June 1, 2024 or after and shut-off notices cannot be accepted. Applications without the proof of residency document attached will be returned to the parent for completion. See the attached graphic for acceptable documents.

Updated contact information for parents, guardians, emergency contacts

Updated immunization information to upload as a document or an image

Updated health/medicine information for your student(s) *Certain health conditions will require a current health action plan signed by your child's doctor filed with the school nurse before school starts. Fort Osage Health Action Plans

The only people who can be listed as parent/legal guardians are the people listed on the child’s birth certificate. All other individuals (ie step parents, grandparents, girlfriends/boyfriends, etc) need to be listed as emergency contacts. The only exception is if there is legal documentation indicating that.
To Begin Online Registration:

Go online to log into the parent portal at https://fortosagemo.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/fortosage.jsp

Click the More link in the menu on the left

Click Online Registration

Click "Update my 2024-2025 Student(s) and Add new students"

Verify that all students are listed. Do not begin the application if all of your students to update are not listed in the application with a "YES" in the "Included in new App?". Call our student records department at 816-650-7080 or 816-650-7082 before beginning the application.

Click Begin Application. This will walk you through completing and uploading the necessary documents to enroll for the 2024-2025 school year. Families needing technical or language assistance, please contact our office at 816-650-7000 to set an appointment.

For our families that have a Notarized Statement of Residence (Residency Affidavit), you will be required to come to the District Office (25102 E. US Highway 24) on one of the dates listed below.

Preschool Enrollment
The Woodland Early Childhood Center serves students ages 3 to 5 who qualify. The goal of the Early Childhood Center is to provide a developmentally appropriate education that sets the foundation for each child to develop to their potential and to become independent, life-long learners. Children must first be screened to determine if they are eligible for preschool.
