Snow Make-Up Day Plans 24-25 School Year
Last spring, Missouri passed Senate Bill 727, allowing school districts to receive an additional 1% in state funding for maintaining a 169-day school year. Fort Osage has used all six of our allocated AMI (Alternative Methods of Instruction) days, and we are currently at 169 school days in our calendar.
Based on snow days taken, here are the updated changes to the Fort Osage school calendar:
- Thursday, April 17– Full Day of School (Woodland Early Childhood Center classes will be in session)
- Friday, April 18– Early Release Day (No Woodland Early Childhood Center classes)
- Friday, May 23– Full Day of School (No Woodland Early Childhood Center classes)
- Monday, May 26- No School-Memorial Day
- Tuesday, May 27 – Full Day of School
- Wednesday, May 28- Full Day of School/Last Day for Woodland Early Childhood Center
- Thursday, May 29- Early Release Day-Last Day of School
