Welcome to Indian Trails Elementary! We are excited to begin a new school year as we welcome both familiar and new faces to our school. We look forward to continuing the tradition of high learning expectations while building student leaders who are ready to take on new challenges at school, home, and in their communities. 

At Indian Trails we value student voice. We work to create an environment that respects student choice, invites collaboration, and honors the unique talents each child brings to the classroom. As a staff, we look forward to coming to school each day, and we strive to create a learning environment where students feel safe and cared for so they not only enjoy school, but form lasting relationships with staff and peers. 

We know that family support is the cornerstone of a child’s education. Research shows when parents or caregivers are involved in their child(ren)’s education, they do better in school. We strive to create opportunities for family involvement. Monthly assemblies, parent-teacher conferences, PTO sponsored events, and our Lead and Learn Family Night are just a few of our school activities. In addition, teachers are committed to providing frequent communication with parents to ensure we are all working together to the benefit of each student.
