• The Fort Osage School District has partnered with the Live Well Community Health Center / Health Smiles for Life to provide dental services for students. Live Well Community Health Center is a local FQHC facility with locations in Buckner, Waverly, Concordia, and Carrollton, Missouri. The local Buckner clinic provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services to the members of our community.

    Our partnership is bringing mobile dental services to students in the Fort Osage School District.
