    Graduates:

    If you are a FOHS graduate, transcripts are available online and through the Counseling Center in the High School. The cost is $2.00 and may be paid with cash, check, or debit/credit card.

    To order your transcripts online with a debit/credit card, please click the link below. You will be directed to another website that has the form included with your payment information.

    The cost is $2 per transcript . Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed.
