Summer School Employee Applications 2013

Application materials for Summer School employment can be accessed below.

Important notes to consider:

 1. You may type the application in the computer, but you need to print a hard copy and sign it , as there is an agreement piece to the form.

2. You need to fill out the entire application. This includes the questions regarding the district and PSRS/PEERS.

3. If you are applying for a teaching position, you MUST attach a copy of your most recent certificate to the application.  The certifications are on-line and can easily be printed from your DESE profile. If you are applying for a certificated paraprofessional position, you MUST have at least a substitute teacher certification on file with DESE; this must be printed from your DESE profile and included with your application.

4. Applications will not be considered complete until Sherry Ward (Central Office) receives a signed and completed copy of the application and a copy of your most recent teaching certificate.

5. Summer School positions will be filled first by those who turned in applications by the December 21st deadline. Summer school administration will look at desired positions and buildings when making those staffing decisions.
