Immunization Requirements
Please remember parents/guardians are to provide a complete immunization record for children to attend public school. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact your school nurse.

a reminder all 8th grade students are required by Missouri State Immunization Law to received a Tetanus booster called “Tdap” before school starts. Please bring your child’s updated immunization record to registration.
