Transfer Request
If you would like to request a transfer to another building or position please click on the following link and fill out the form.  All transfer requests must be completed by January 25, 2015 in order to be considered. Completing the form does not guarantee a transfer will be made. Additionally, if a specific position in the district comes available after the January 25 deadline any qualified staff member is eligible to apply.

Contract Change Request
If you have completed, or plan to complete graduate credit hours and would like to request column movement on the 15-16 teacher salary schedule please click on the attached link and complete the form. Forms must be completed by January 25, 2015 in order to be accepted for column movement.  Any form filled out after that date cannot be processed for the 15-16 school year.
