The Fort Osage Alumni Association presented Stephanie Smith with the first ever Red Feather Award. The Red Feather Award is for meritorious achievement in the advancement of the association as an integral part of the Fort Osage R-1 School District, its students, graduates, and the ideals of the association to foster strong school spirit, school traditions, and lifelong bonds of friendship.
